Report
INDIAN COVE, PICTOU COUNTY. Miss Gertrude McGirr is still in charge of this school, which is progressing favourably considering the disadvantages to be contended with. The Indians for several months of the year are obliged to move about the country to obtain work, which accounts for the irregular attendance, but the number of pupils who have attended the school are now working steadily instead of wandering about the country.
