This database is a dynamic tool that will serve as the primary source foundation for my current postdoctoral research project, while also providing access to this source base to the Pictou Landing First Nation Community and other researchers. The database hosts a variety of sources from an array of collections and sources. Currently, the database hosts files directly related to the history of Pictou Landing First Nation, but will also contain some general information about the Mi'kmaq in Nova Scotia. The database is continually updated with new files as my research continues. Please check back often for updates to the content and for updates on my research.
